Refund policy
At Golden Hour Glass, each stained glass piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with care. Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are considered final.
At this time, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference or color variation
- Minor handmade imperfections or natural variations
- Incorrect measurements or ordering mistakes made by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers outside of our control
Because stained glass is a handmade art form, slight variations in color, texture, solder lines, patina, glass pattern, bubbles, or finish may occur. These characteristics are considered part of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of handmade work and are not considered defects.
