Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Golden Hour Glass is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit timelines are outside of our control.
